Many people I work with are navigating difficult relationship dynamics, stress, or the after-effects of past trauma or emotional wounds. Others come with a desire to grow, awaken to their full potential, or reconnect with what truly matters to them. Whatever brings you here, your story is welcome. Our work together is a space for self-discovery, healing, and transformation, on your terms, at your pace.
My approach blends modern psychology and neuroscience (such as polyvagal theory, attachment theory and elements of schema therapy) with somatic and nature-based practices (such as breathwork, walking and other forms of movement). This allows us to work not only with the mind, but also with the body and breath which supports deeper integration and lasting change.

Each package includes a series of 1:1 sessions, supportive practices, and reflection tools,
whether we meet outdoors in nature or online.

How will we work together?
- In-person: walks or sessions in nature (when possible)
- Online: from anywhere in the world
- Language: available in English or Dutch
- Between sessions: optional support via WhatsApp
- Bonus: a free check-in session one month after your package ends
